What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the HR Manager with daily administrative tasks
* Maintaining employee records and confidential information
* Assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork
* Scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions
* Managing data entry and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
* Creating reports, correspondence, and HR documentation
* Helping keep processes organized, compliant, and running efficiently
* Taking on new responsibilities as you grow within the role
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of administrative, clerical, or office experience
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
* Comfortable following established procedures while also taking initiative
* Someone who asks questions when needed and values accuracy over assumptions
* Positive attitude with a desire to grow and take on increasing responsibilities
